Little Acorns Breakfast Club 

We offer a breakfast club on the infant school site for our Bottesford Infant and Bottesford Junior families. This is run by Bottesford Infants experienced staff who already know our children.  It operates under the same school policies as Bottesford Infants.

The staff prepare a healthy breakfast including, cereals, toast, crumpets, fruit and yogurt. A healthy nutritious breakfast is a great way to get the day started.  It is also a great opportunity for the children to sit together and interact around a breakfast table. We are also very proud to hold a 5* food hygiene rating.

The children will have access to fun games and activities and enjoy some exercise time too if the weather is kind.

The club runs between 07:45-08:45.  Access is from the front hall entrance (front car park) - please use the doorbell where a member of staff will greet you and ask you to sign the register.  Please do not arrive before this time as the staff will be busy setting up the facilities.  Children should arrive before 08:10 so they can have their breakfast together. Our staff car park also gets busy at all times. Please park in the bays and look out for other cars and pedestrians. 

Costs

The cost of the provision is £4 per session per child which also includes the fulfilling breakfast. We will be offering the breakfast club at a reduced rate of £2 per session to Bottesford Infants pupil premium children (unfortunately this is not available for the Junior School children).  Are you eligible for pupil premium?  More information can be found on our website HERE

We have successfully registered to accept the government's Tax Free Childcare scheme voucher as payment.  Please provide us with the reference for your account to enable us to process payments when received.

If you use the Salary Sacrifice Childcare Voucher scheme we will require further details to see if we can accept those vouchers.

Registration

Your child(ren) will need to be registered initially before we can issue them a place.  Please complete the registration form below to register your interest. 

Bookings

We use our Arbor system for Breakfast Club bookings.  This allows you to keep track of your bookings and make payments.

Junior Families

You will need to log in using Bottesford Infant School in order to make bookings and payments through Arbor.

All families

Once registered, please check out the following page to find out how to book the children in for sessions: - Signing up to Wraparound Care  If you cannot see a session to select, this will mean that it is already fully booked.

We do run at capacity most days so booking is essential.  Once booked, sessions can only be cancelled by contacting the school either via the app, telephone or email.  If a cancellation is not received in a timely manner you will still be charged for the session.  Please do not turn up to the club without a booking, as you will unfortunately be turned away.

Payments

Card Payments

Card payments are accepted using Arbor.  We have set up the system to allow bookings to be made without adding funds to the account in advance. Fees will only be added after your child attends a session. We suggest keeping on top of the payments but we will send a reminder out at the end of the month if payments have not been cleared.

Voucher Payments

Once registered with your provider, please keep on top of your payments.  Please be aware that he local authority can take some time to upload payments.  If you send over a screenshot or proof of payments to office@bottesfordinfants.co.uk we can update you accounts sooner.

Can you help with resources?

We purchase new resources to ensure the children have lots of fun and good quality provision. However, we kindly ask our families to consider donating any unwanted toys/resources for 4-11 year olds to enjoy at our breakfast club. Our breakfast club children have asked for:

• Animals

• Cars

• Barbies

• Dolls

• Construction toys (e.g lego, K-nex, magnets etc)

• Puzzles 

• Board Games
