Welcome to Green Class!

Green Class is a year 1 class of 29 pupils. Mrs Woodhead teaches Mon/Tue/Wed and Fridays. Miss Chapman teaches on Thursdays. We are also supported by 3 teaching assistants (on varying days) throughout the week - Mrs Johnson, Mrs Boothby and Miss Roberts.

Key Class information:

⭐ PE days are Monday and Thursday (we ask that your child keeps their PE kit in school all week as these days can be subject to change)
⭐ Library day is Wednesday (library books will only be changed if your child has returned their previous one from the week before)
⭐ Reading books will be changed every Monday (please have reading books in bookbags every day)
⭐ Homework books will be given out on Fridays and will be collected the following Wednesday. Homework will be issued via Tapestry.
⭐ Tapestry time will take place most Friday's, please share photographs from home of your child's adventures!
⭐ General Tapestry info- urgent/important messages are to be sent to the office via a telephone call/email as tapestry is only monitored during school hours and messages may not always be read or replied to on the same day.
⭐ Please can we kindly ask that all uniform is clearly named and labelled.
