Look what's growing in our school garden!

We aim to promote sustainability and share ideas of how we can, as a school, all help to save electricity and water, develop biodiversity, encourage recycling, promote healthy lifestyles and gain an understanding of how our actions can effect different parts of the world.

We will meet regularly and use assemblies to inform our school of our findings and ideas.

Recycling Paper!

To encourage all members of our school to recycle paper, our Eco-Warriors asked school to purchase special green recycling bins for every classroom. They introduced how and why these bins should be used in assembly this week and delivered them to each classroom.

Our Eco-Warriors met to discuss devising an Eco-Code for our school. From their research and discussions, they have decide upon eleven key statements that reflect how we, at Bottesford Infants, help to sustain and make our world a better place. This Eco-Code will be on display and shared with all members of our school.
